Operations Coordinator

LAH is seeking candidates for an Operations Coordinator position for the 2024-2025 academic school year. The person in this position will be responsible for overseeing the school’s facility and equipment. The successful candidate will coordinate building care and maintenance, including emergency preparedness and drill processes, and ensure proper operation of office and classroom equipment and technology. In addition, the person in this position will oversee the Food Services Coordinator in the organization, distribution, and clean-up of daily meals. Support of the school’s day-to-day operation by assisting where needed with arrival, dismissal, lunch, and recess is a vital part of this position. This is a full-time position (August 15 through June 15, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.).

  • Education: At least a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Well organized and attentive to detail
  • Ability to lift 40lbs and use ladders
