Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing phone and email communication, assisting with admissions and enrollment processes, and maintaining accurate student records through the school’s information system. The Office Administrator will serve as a primary point of contact for families, supporting communication related to attendance, student needs, and school updates. Strong organizational skills and professionalism are essential as this role provides administrative support to the leadership team and assists with scheduling, tuition processing, and school communications.
